The international voltage tester standard DIN EN 61243-3 (VDE 0682-401) increases safety when working under voltage
Your work as a specialist requires safe testing. That's why you shouldn't compromise on safety. Voltage testers used on electrical systems up to 1000 V must comply with the standard DIN
EN 61243-3 (VDE 0682-401):2015. The standard creates standardised test criteria at international level and increases user safety.
The DUSPOL® voltage tester exceeds the requirements of the standard in terms of housing (IP 65) and overvoltage protection (CAT IV 600 V). The nominal voltage range has been increased to at least 1000 V AC/DC in order to be able to safely test the increased system voltages of industry, photovoltaic and wind power systems as well as hybrid vehicle technology.
