REX22D-TA1-100-DC24V-20A ETA Electronic circuit breaker

The compact and flexible REX all-in-one solution consists of numerous coordinated components. These range from the EM12D-T/EM12-T power supply modules for the positive and negative potential to the REX12D-T electronic circuit breaker, which can be connected in any modular way on one or two channels, and the PM12-T potential expansion modules for positive and negative multiplication.

REX22D-T selectively protects all DC 24 V load circuits up to 20 A and limits the output current linearly when switching on or before tripping. In the event of a short circuit, the limitation causes the rated current to be limited. This enables effective and predictable protection of switching power supplies, even with a low current reserve.

The electronic characteristic therefore offers additional solutions for the protection of drive technology, control technology for frequency converters, stepper motors and sensitive relay contacts. The modular stackable devices, each just 12.5 mm narrow, are designed entirely in push-in technology including pusher. Tool-free, time-saving and maintenance-free wiring is guaranteed.

All REX22D-T modules can be operated in BASE mode as well as in COM mode. While the BASE mode enables an error message via a signal contact in the power supply module, the COM mode offers a variety of diagnostic, control and parameterisation options using different communication modules. All devices automatically recognise the respective operating mode.
