Main features
The medium-walled shrink tubing is characterised by its particularly good mechanical strength. It is resistant to solvents, acids and alkalis. The MA47 version is coated with a thermoplastic inner adhesive that reliably seals against moisture after melting. The high shrink ratio and the internal adhesive protect cable/connector transitions from environmental influences and corrosion as well as from dust and dirt and also ensure a high level of strain relief.

Applications
Primarily for protecting cables and wires under high mechanical loads, e.g. above and below ground, both for new installations and for repairs. Strain relief for cable-plug transitions and insulation of electronic components and splices.
