LS 2-32-6,4-12 Slip ring assembly

It is important for the electrical and mechanical function that the slip ring assemblies are mounted correctly on the machine shaft. The following assembly methods are possible: shrink-fitting, press-fitting and gluing.

If possible, the supply cables should only be clamped to the screw connections using cable eyelets or cable lugs. Under no circumstances should the clamping be carried out directly against the moulding compound, but only against a supporting nut, which itself must be at least 2 mm away from the moulding compound.

These slip ring assemblies are supplied with a base bore. When reboring, ensure that only carbide tools are used for bodies without an iron bushing.
