The ESX300-S plus electronic circuit breaker, which can be plugged in when energised, offers safe overcurrent protection thanks to its integrated electronic current limiter and load cut-off. In power supply systems with DC +24 V, DC +48 V and DC +60 V, it provides reliable protection against damage to electronic assemblies and cables.
The selective disconnection of individual loads prevents a voltage dip in the event of a fault, so that fault-free devices can continue to be operated. Measured values and status messages can be transmitted to the RCI11 control interface via the integrated BUS interface and used there for monitoring purposes or automatic switching actions.
The ESX300-S plus series is available in rated current ranges from 2 A to 24 A. The 16 A, 20 A and 24 A versions can optionally be connected in parallel to protect loads up to 60 A.
