ControlPlex® SYSTEM CPC12

In mechanical and plant engineering, the demands on product quality and the stability of the manufacturing process are constantly increasing. The Control-Plex® System CPC12 permanently records, analyses and processes measurement data. This creates the necessary transparency to recognise changes in the production process at an early stage and counteract them accordingly.

The CPC12 bus controller expands the REX system to include connection to various fieldbus connections. This makes DC 24 V power distribution and fuse protection more transparent than ever. The REX12D and REX22D electronic circuit breakers record the status and measured values of each load circuit and transmit them to the bus controller. This provides system operators and maintenance personnel with all the information they need to recognise changes and possible malfunctions at an early stage.

CPC12 bus controller

The CPC12 bus controller is connected to the EM12-T power supply module and supplied with power. It also has a separate DC 24 V power supply and thus enables an independent supply to the circuit breakers. The bus controller records all status information and measured values of the circuit breakers. This data is visualised using the internal web server. The data is also made available to the higher-level control systems via the fieldbus interface.
