Due to the short heat-up time - the soldering tip is heated directly - and the fast cooling of the soldering tip, the soldering guns are particularly suitable for individual soldering jobs, such as those that occur daily in service operations. ENGEL soldering guns are energy-saving due to their mode of operation, because the soldering tip is only heated as long as the switch lever is pressed. This means that a certain amount of heat can be regulated and the switch lever cannot be blocked when switched on. The devices are equipped with a safety transformer, which guarantees a high level of electrical protection, as well as built-in or clip-on lighting, with which the work area can be illuminated without shadows.
