Acti9 accessories - Auxiliary contact/changeover contact for signalling the status of circuit breakers

This accessory module from the Acti9 series is used as a changeover contact (normally open/ normally closed) to indicate the "open" or "closed" switching status of circuit breakers. It operates in the current range from 2 mA to 100 mA at 50-60 Hz and voltages from 24 VAC to 240 VAC or 24 VDC to 220 VDC.

The auxiliary contact is designed for new installations and refurbishments in commercial buildings, industrial plants, critical facilities, healthcare, data centres and infrastructure applications. It is compatible with a wide range of Acti9 devices, including iC60, iID, iDPN ARC, iDPN Vigi, iSW, iC40, iCV40, iCV40 Vigi ARC, iC40 XA, iCV40 XA, iC60 RCBO as well as iDT40, iDT40 XA, iDD40 and iKQE RCBO.

The connection is made via a screw terminal connection on the underside, which accepts both rigid copper conductors and flexible cables with wire end ferrules. Depending on the version, cable cross-sections of 0.5 to 4 mm² are possible; up to 2.5 mm² (flexible) or 1.5 mm² (with wire end ferrules) are provided for two conductors.
