Weitkowitz polyamide cable ties are a high-quality product that is subject to the strictest quality controls. Only pure polyamide 6.6 is used, without the addition of any recycled content.
Properties
The polyamide 6.6 used is self-extinguishing in accordance with UL 94-V2. Water absorption is approx. 2.5 % at 23 °C and 50 % humidity. Resistance to chemicals Polyamide is resistant to solvents, reagents, oils, petrol, hydrocarbons, seawater, alcohol, soaps and cleaning agents.

Processing temperature during assembly: -15°C to +60°C Application conditions Continuous use temperature after assembly for standard cable ties and cable ties with steel tongue natural + black: -40 °C to +85 °C
Packaging and storage instructions
The polyamide cable ties are supplied as standard in welded plastic bags of 100 or 50 pieces. 50 pieces in sealed plastic bags. To prevent them from drying out, they should be stored in the sealed packaging until processing. The optimum storage temperature is approx. 20 °C and a humidity of approx. 50 %.
